BEC Trust
The BEC Trust is the community and workforce development arm associated with Sinojia Capital's project ecosystem, focused on Building, Education and Community initiatives in the regions where our projects operate.
Purpose
The BEC Trust channels a portion of the value created by Sinojia Capital's projects back into the communities hosting them — through skilling programmes, local infrastructure support and education initiatives aligned to the industries we invest in.
Focus areas
Technical skilling for roles in data centre operations, renewable energy maintenance, nuclear-adjacent infrastructure and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Local infrastructure contributions in project-host communities, coordinated with project developers.
Education partnerships that create pathways from local schools and colleges into our Students & Graduates programmes.
Governance of the Trust
The BEC Trust operates under its own trust deed and reporting framework, with oversight from Sinojia Capital's Sustainability Committee to ensure alignment with the firm's broader governance standards.
