Sinojia Capital structures and deploys capital into projects that have passed through the Basic Research Pillar — combining equity, structured debt and co-investment from partner institutions as appropriate to each project's risk profile.

Our investment approach prioritises transparent capital structures, clearly defined milestones and governance rights that protect both the project and its investors over a multi-year horizon.

We work through two complementary models. The first is launching new ventures: bringing a project to life through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in which every working partner and capital contributor — large or small — has a formally documented, legally protected position from day one. The second is funding expansion for existing companies with good projects that have hit a capital ceiling — the manufacturing unit running at capacity with no funds for the next plant, the export order secured but working capital thin. Here, we fund the project through a dedicated SPV while the company retains its identity, management and ownership.

In either model, Sinojia Capital is itself a working partner inside the SPV, not a financier standing at a distance. Our own capital sits alongside every other participant's, exposed to the same outcomes — if our judgement on a project is wrong, we lose alongside our partners rather than walking away with an advisory fee.
