Day to day

Most people at Sinojia Capital are attached to one or more live projects at any time — conducting research, building financial models, assessing technology, or coordinating with partners and contractors on the ground.

Because the firm is organised around projects rather than large fixed departments, individuals are given real responsibility early, with senior oversight rather than layers of process.

Where you could work

Roles are based at our Rajkot headquarters, with travel to project sites across India as required. Some roles, particularly within our project verticals, are based at or near the relevant operating platform.

Across all locations, teams stay connected through shared research databases, reporting tools and a regular cadence of cross-team reviews.

Growth and development

Because projects span research, structuring and operations, individuals who join in one function often move across functions over time as projects progress through their lifecycle.
