A particular focus of this service line is formalising the position of sub-partners — the contractors who mobilise labour before payments arrive, the smaller investors who bring in early capital, the vendors who supply on trust, and the local partners whose land and relationships make a project viable in the first place. In Gujarat's construction, infrastructure and investment ecosystem, these participants are often the most consistently exploited: their contribution and risk are real, but their legal standing is invisible, leaving them with no recourse if a project runs into trouble.

Using SPV-based project finance — the same model used in world-class infrastructure and data-centre finance globally — every capital contributor, regardless of size, is formally documented within the SPV structure from day one. Risk is distributed transparently and proportionately, sub-partners hold legally enforceable rights rather than handshake arrangements, and project performance is ring-fenced so that a troubled project cannot drain capital from other ventures or uninvolved participants.
